Computer generated imagery
Photorealistic images of buildings that haven't been built yet. Used for planning applications, for marketing a development off-plan, and for showing a client what they're actually going to get.
The temptation with CGI is to make everything golden hour and hope nobody notices the details. We'd rather the image survives being compared to the finished building.
That means real materials, real sun angles for the actual site and time of year, and the surrounding context modelled properly rather than blurred out. If a planning officer is going to hold your image up against a photograph from the same spot, it needs to hold up.
High resolution stills for print and web, usually a set of exterior views plus key interiors. We can supply verified views for planning where the camera position and lens are matched to a surveyed point.
Everything is delivered at full resolution with no watermarks, and you own the images to use however you like.
We can work from a Revit or SketchUp model, from CAD drawings, or from PDFs and a site visit if that's genuinely all there is. Earlier is better — being involved before the design is locked usually means fewer surprises for everyone — but we're used to coming in late as well.
