Interactive tours you move around in yourself, in your browser, on whatever device you already have. No app, no headset, no download.
If the building is finished we'll come and shoot it. If it isn't, we build the tour from the CGI instead — same experience, just rendered rather than photographed.
That second option is the useful one for developers. You can put a show flat online months before there's a show flat, and let people wander round it from the sofa.
Hotspots to move between rooms, information points for specs and finishes, floorplans, and links out to whatever you want people to do next. We can put different material and furniture options behind a toggle so a viewer can switch a kitchen finish and see it change.
It's all hosted and embeddable, so it sits inside your own site rather than sending people off to somebody else's platform.
